Whitelabel Bot Setup
With Whitelabel the bot runs with your own bot token, avatar, banner, and name — users won't notice it's Quantix Tickets.
Step 1: Create a Discord bot
- Go to discord.com/developers
- "New Application" → enter a name → create
- Bot tab on the left → "Add Bot"
- Enable Privileged Gateway Intents:
- ✅ Server Members Intent
- ✅ Message Content Intent
- Click Reset Token → copy the token
Step 2: Configure in Quantix

Step 3: Start the bot
Click "Start" → Quantix starts the custom bot with your token in the background.
Step 4: Invite the bot
Generate an OAuth link in Discord-Developer-Portal with bot permissions and invite your bot. Then you can kick the original Quantix bot.
Premium expires — what happens?
On expiry:
- Custom bot is stopped
- Whitelabel config resets to defaults
- Quantix-original bot takes over again
You don't lose data. Channels, tickets, and configs stay.
