Team role
The main role with access to all tickets. You can assign one role or multiple roles as the team.
Priority roles
Optional — tiered visibility:
- 🟢 Green roles: see only Green tickets
- 🟠 Orange roles: see Green + Orange
- 🔴 Red roles: see all tickets
So you can let interns work on simple tickets only.
Multi-select component
All role fields show a searchable multi-select. Type to filter, assign multiple roles at once.
Read-only for team members
Members with the team role (no admin) can open the dashboard — see everything but save nothing.
