Troubleshooting: Application System
Symptom: Application panel shows no positions
- Master toggle on? → top of configuration
- At least 1 category with status "Open"?
- Voting channel set? (required when voting on)
Symptom: Users can't apply
- Cooldown still active? → default 7 days
- Account too young? → check
minAccountAgeDays
- Server-join too short? → check
minServerJoinDays
- User on blacklist?
Symptom: Voting buttons don't react
- Does the user have the category's team role?
- Voting channel permissions? → bot needs Send-Messages + buttons
Symptom: Interview reminder doesn't arrive
- Interview service running? → server logs, expect a tick every 5 min
- User's DM permissions on? → Discord settings → allow DMs from server members
- 30 min reminder setting correct? → config →
interviewReminderMinutes
Symptom: Accept roles aren't assigned
- Bot role above the role to assign? → Discord hierarchy!
- "Manage Roles" permission?
- Role deleted between application + accept? → re-set it
Symptom: Public portal won't load
- portalEnabled: true? → verify config
- URL correct? →

- OAuth setup? → Discord OAuth must be configured correctly in Quantix
