Run multiple independent ticket systems on a single server — e.g. Support + Reports + Applications, each with own topics, embeds, channels, and team.

When to use?

  • Don't if you only need one system
  • Do when your server has separate areas, e.g.:
    • User support
    • Bug reports for devs
    • Streamer requests

How to configure

  1. + New System
  2. Name it (e.g. "Support", "Bug Reports")
  3. Set own topics, team role, category
  4. Send own panel in own channel

Each system has its own ticket counter, transcripts, and stats.
