Troubleshooting: Bot not responding

Symptom: Slash commands don't show up

1. Bot offline? → check member list top-right
2. Server bot permission missing? → "Use Application Commands" must be allowed
3. Discord cache? → restart Discord (Ctrl + R)
4. Server just invited? → slash commands take 1-2 min after invite

Symptom: Panel buttons don't react

1. Bot offline? see above
2. Channel permissions? → bot needs "Read Messages" + "Send Messages" + "Embed Links"
3. Modal opens but submit fails? → check all required fields are filled
4. "Interaction failed"? → server lag or bot restart. Try again

Symptom: Ticket not created

1. Privileged intents missing? → Bot Developer Portal → check intents
2. Bot can't create channels? → "Manage Channels" permission missing
3. User on blacklist? → /ticket blacklist-check user:@You
4. Cooldown active? → reduce in config

Symptom: Auto-close doesn't trigger

1. Auto-close enabled? → Settings → toggle
2. Inactivity timer correct? → default 168h, double-check
3. Ticket paused? → run /ticket resume
4. Status correct? → tickets must be status: 'offen'

Symptom: Whitelabel bot won't start

1. Token correct? → reset in Discord Developer Portal, paste again
2. Privileged intents? → both must be enabled
3. Check logs → sidebar → Whitelabel → status display
