/ticket Subcommands

The /ticket command bundles all per-ticket actions. Run them inside a ticket channel unless noted.

/ticket add @user

Add a user to the current ticket — they now see the channel.

/ticket add user:@Max

/ticket hide

(Claimer only) Hide the ticket from other team members. Useful when discussing sensitive matters.

/ticket hide

→ Team loses access. You, the user, and manually added users still see the ticket.

/ticket unhide

Reverses hide.

/ticket unhide

/ticket split

Creates a new linked ticket — useful when one ticket grows two distinct topics.

/ticket split reason:Bug report handled separately

→ Both tickets are linked in their embed footers. Splitter becomes auto-claimer of the new ticket.

/ticket open-as @user

Create a ticket on behalf of another user — e.g. when someone can't find the panel.

/ticket open-as user:@Max topic:bug

→ User becomes creator. You're listed as "addedUser".

/ticket pause / resume

Pause/resume the auto-close timer. Useful when waiting on an external answer.
