Lets the team link voice channels to tickets — open a private voice channel directly from a ticket.
Setup
- Pick a voice category (where voice channels are created)
- Enable — voice button shows up in claimed tickets
- (Optional) Set a waiting room channel — users join there first, team pulls them in
How it works
- Team member clicks 🎙️ Voice in the ticket
- Bot creates a private voice channel — only user + team have access
- When everyone leaves, the channel auto-deletes
- Same on ticket close
