Setup

  1. Pick a voice category (where voice channels are created)
  2. Enable — voice button shows up in claimed tickets
  3. (Optional) Set a waiting room channel — users join there first, team pulls them in

How it works

  • Team member clicks 🎙️ Voice in the ticket
  • Bot creates a private voice channel — only user + team have access
  • When everyone leaves, the channel auto-deletes
  • Same on ticket close

Use cases

  • Complex tech support with screen-share
  • Application interviews
  • Sensitive conversations not suited for text
