Where do I get the bot?

Is Quantix free?

Yes — almost all features are free. Premium only adds:

  • Remove branding
  • Server Branding
  • Whitelabel bot
  • Advanced analytics

What languages are supported?

9: German, English, Hebrew, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Indonesian, Arabic.

Can I export tickets?

Yes:

  • CSV export via sidebar → Data → Ticket Overview
  • Transcripts (HTML + TXT) for every closed ticket

Are tickets encrypted?

On disk: no (SQLite, normal files). In transit: yes (HTTPS). We recommend not posting sensitive data in tickets.

What happens to my data?

  • Tickets stay on the server (Discord channels)
  • Transcripts on Quantix server, only via token
  • Configs in SQLite, only you + Quantix owner see them
  • Privacy: Privacy Policy

What happens when the bot leaves the server?

  • Configs are kept for 30 days — re-invite without re-config
  • After 30 days they're permanently deleted
