Command Overview

All Slash Commands — Overview

Quantix Tickets registers 18 slash commands. Each falls into one of three permission tiers:

Tier Who?
👤 User Any server user
🛡️ Team Users with team role (or priority role)
👑 Admin Discord administrators of the server

User commands

Command What it does
/dashboard Link to the web dashboard
/version Bot version + changelog
/status Status-page link
/userlanguage Personal panel language (overrides server language)
/mytickets Your tickets on this server

Team commands

Command What it does
/ticket add @user Add a user to the current ticket
/ticket hide Hide ticket from the team (claimer only)
/ticket unhide Re-show it (claimer only)
/ticket split <reason> Split into 2 related tickets
/ticket open-as @user <topic> Create a ticket on behalf of a user
/ticket pause Pause auto-close timer
/ticket resume Resume auto-close timer
/ticket blacklist-add @user <reason> Block user from tickets
/ticket blacklist-remove @user Lift the block
/ticket blacklist-list List all blocked users
/ticket blacklist-check @user Check if a user is blocked
/note-add, /note-list Internal ticket notes
/template Send response templates
/tag Set tags on a ticket
/forward Forward ticket to another department
/availability Set your availability status

Admin commands

/language Change server language
/department Manage departments
/maintenance Toggle maintenance mode
/support-times Configure support hours

Owner-only

/broadcast, /restart, /reload, /update, /dev restart, /dev update — bot owners only.
