Server Selection in the Dashboard
When you log into tickets.quantixbot.app, you land on Server Selection.
What you see
Status indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Full color icon, clickable | Bot is on, you have admin |
| Greyed out | Bot is NOT installed — click opens the invite link with this server pre-selected |
| Gold crown 👑 | Server has Premium |
| Purple star ⭐ | Server has Whitelabel active |
Quick actions
- "+ Add server" at the top → invite flow
- Click on a greyed card → opens invite with
guild_idparameter (Discord pre-selects it) - Click on an active card → opens the server's dashboard
Tip
If you're a team member on someone else's server (you have a team role + the bot is installed), you'll see that server too — but in read-only mode: see everything, save nothing.
