Inside a Ticket
A ticket channel is a regular Discord channel with extra buttons and features.
Buttons in a ticket
| Button | What it does |

| 🔒 Request close | Ask the team to close it |
| ⛔ Close | (Team only) close immediately |
| 🚦 Priority ↑/↓ | (Team only) change priority |
| ✋ Claim | (Team only) take over the ticket |
| 👤 Add user | (Team or you) add someone to the ticket |
| 🎙️ Voice | (Team only) open a voice channel for the ticket |
Priority (color)
- 🟢 Green = Low
- 🟠 Orange = Medium
- 🔴 Red = High
The color is shown in the channel name and the embed.
Claim system
When a team member claims your ticket:
- That person becomes your main contact.
- Other team members stop posting (force-claim deletes their messages).
- You see who's handling your ticket in the embed footer.
Closing a ticket
- You can trigger "Request close" — the team approves or denies.
- The team can close any time directly.
- On close, a transcript (HTML + TXT) is generated and sent to you via DM (if enabled).
Rating after close
If the server has ratings enabled, you'll get a short survey after close (1-5 stars + comment). Optional, but the team appreciates feedback.
