First Setup

First Setup

After inviting the bot, you need 5 minutes to get it ready.

Required configuration

1. Set the team role

Dashboard → Roles & Team → pick the Discord role your support staff has. This role auto-gets access to all tickets.

2. Choose the ticket category

Dashboard → Channels → pick the Discord category where new ticket channels go.

3. Add topics

Dashboard → Topics & Forms → define what subjects users can pick (e.g. "Bug Report", "Question", "Application").

4. Send the panel

Dashboard → Send Panel → choose the channel where users open tickets → click "Send Panel".

Optional but recommended

  • 🌍 Language (Settings) — set your server language
  • 🎨 Embeds — customize colors and images
  • 🔄 Auto-Close (Settings) — auto-close inactive tickets after X hours
  • 📊 Analytics (sidebar) — see ticket stats
